These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms for changes. Continued use of the website or services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
3. Product Information and Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and other information are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the product details are free from errors, including but not limited to typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information without prior notice.
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
a. Order Acceptance
Bali Bamboo Decors reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. In the event we need to cancel an order, you will be notified via email or phone, and any payments made will be refunded.
b. Payment Terms
For wholesale and custom orders, a 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of quality control and prior to shipping. Failure to pay the remaining balance within 14 days after notification may result in cancellation of the order, and a penalty may apply.
c. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled, but a 25% deduction will apply, refunding half of the initial deposit.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines for stock items are 1-2 weeks from the date of full payment. For custom or factory-produced orders, the shipping time may range from 30 to 90 days, depending on the size of the order and the production schedule.
We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping charges, taxes, and import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Customization Services
Bali Bamboo Decors offers customization options for products. All custom orders will require detailed design approval before production begins. We aim to meet your specifications, but minor variations in size, color, or material may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
We reserve the right to create similar designs for other customers, except when an agreement is made for exclusive custom designs.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
If a refund or return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
8. Storage
Completed orders can be stored in our warehouse for up to 60 days at no additional cost. After 60 days, a storage fee will apply. If storage exceeds 90 days without any communication from the customer, Bali Bamboo Decors reserves the right to apply a 50% deduction from the total order value or cancel the order entirely.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bali Bamboo Decors website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, are the property of Bali Bamboo Decors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bali Bamboo Decors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the product or service that caused the damage.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
